Recycling and reducing carbon footprint
Posted on: October 30th 2022Before half-term, we recycled plastic bottles by making them into some useful gardening tools.
Students cut up some milk bottles and each made a compost scoop, trowel, seed tray, planter and reusable labels. Apart from making gardening tools, they also learnt how to take cuttings from a basil plant. They were so engaged and had so much fun learning new skills.
