Pastoral Leadership Course

Action Research led by the IOE with membership of the Expansive Education Network
Teachers are taught:
- how to research their own professional practice
- how to choose a small thing they would like to address in their classrooms that reflects "expansive" values and is manageable
Teachers are coached and supported as they prepare a plan that includes suitable methods for "noticing" the impacts of their research.
Ultimately they will be able to take their learning back into school to share and embed good practice.
