ETSA Southgate Partner schools will run a number of CPL opportunities throughout the 2020-2021 academic year. These courses may be based at any of the ETSA Southgate partner schools. Please check the location before making a booking.
CPL / CPD for School Direct trainees, NQTs and RQTs - Autumn 2020
ETSA Southgate is running a series of short workshops for current School Direct trainees, Newly Qualified Teachers and Recently Qualified Teachers based at Southgate School in the autumn term 2020. Please note these sessions will now all be deleivered virtually. There is a great range of topics available to support those new to the teaching environment.
These workshops are free to schools within the ETSA Southgate group.

Action Research led by the IOE with membership of the Expansive Education Network 2020-21
Teachers are taught:
- how to research their own professional practice
- how to choose a small thing they would like to address in their classrooms that reflects "expansive" values and is manageable
Teachers are coached and supported as they prepare a plan that includes suitable methods for "noticing" the impacts of their research.
Ultimately they will be able to take their learning back into school to share and embed good practice.

Developing New and Potential Subject Leaders 2020-21
This course is free of charge to ETSA Southgate Alliance members. Location of course: Christ's College Finchley, East End Road, London N2 0SE.

ETSA Subject Networking Meetings
