Teacher of Drama (0.6fte) full time applications would be considered
We are seeking to appoint an outstanding practitioner with excellent subject knowledge and communication skills to join our successful Drama department. Drama is one of the most successful subjects in the school and achieves some of the best student outcomes. We want somebody who is able to build on their strengths in teaching Drama as the department strives to act as beacon of excellence in the Trust. The successful candidate will support the Head of Drama and the Key Stage 3 Coordinator in implementing the Department’s Improvement and Recovery Plans, while exhibiting Quality First Teaching, and adhering to the School's stated vision and values. We have an extensive programme of extra-curricular events and you will have the opportunity to contribute to their continued development. You will be supported by outstanding colleagues who know and understand the school and will ensure that the journey to Outstanding is a collaborative one. The department is fully staffed, with all teachers having Drama subject expertise. This brings strength in depth and capacity, and we are committed to ongoing staff development at all levels.
