Leadership

The Southgate School Leadership Team are a dynamic group of young people who care deeply about the school community, contributing towards making the Sixth Form a place of enthusiasm and dedication.  The Sixth Form Leadership Team work closely with the wider school House System to arrange events and do charity work giving back to the wider community. Team members gain experience in public speaking, leading on whole school projects and mentoring students across the school. Students are chosen through a rigorous application and interview process to ensure that the very best candidates earn a place on the team. We also offer a prefect programme at Southgate Sixth Form to allow for a wider group of students to help contribute to the smooth running of the Sixth Form. All students involved gain vital experience, setting them up for their next steps in life.
