Saints Dance School

Saints Dance School has recently started renting a room at the school after school on Mondays. If your child is interested in joining the classes please contact the school directly. Saints Dance School is independent of Southgate School and the classes are not being run by Southgate staff.
What’s new at school?
Ibiza Chill ! A unique stretch, tone and strengthen session for teen girls in years 7 - 13 .These unique sessions are created for girls to de- stress, unwind, and keep fit to the sounds of Ibiza . In the last section of the session, we focus on breathing and relaxation techniques to help stressed teens focus the mind and stay positive.
Stretch & strengthen exercises are also ideal for every dancer needing to build strength and flexibility to prevent pain or injury. We do not focus on body image or weight loss. No experience necessary.
Mondays 3.10pm - 4.10pm Drama Studio W11
Contemporary & Commercial Dance
Commercial is a style of studio based street dance. Featured in music videos, concerts, TV and Theatre, these high energy classes teach skill, precision choreography and style. Looks fantastic on stage and in competitions. Contemporary Dance stresses versatility and improvisation, unlike the strict, structured nature of Ballet. Contemporary dancers focus on floor work, using gravity to pull them down to the floor and learn control and release methods.

Saints are a fully established dance school providing classes in several venues in North London. Saints' teachers are qualified industry professionals and deliver excellent professional tuition. We have vast experience in working practice, audition skills, and a passion for training young adults.
