A Level Results Day
Posted on: August 18th 2022Congratulations to Year 13 who smashed their A Levels/Level 3 Vocational Courses this summer – Despite a significant reduction in A*/A grades nationally, Southgate School’s A*/A grades were a fantastic 38.7% including 52 individual A* grades! These included 5 students who scored the top grades of 3 A* or equivalent and a further 5 who scored A*A*A or equivalent. We continue to see a rise in the number of students going on to study at Russell Group Universities including two students who have secured places at Cambridge University and two others who will be studying Medicine - it really has been a wonderful day for our Sixth Form with lots of happy smiling faces, well done everyone!
