YoungMinds offers free, confidential online and telephone support to anyone worried about the emotional and mental wellbeing of a child or young person up to the age of 25.

MindEd is an online e-portal offering free, advice to help adults identify, understand and support children and young people with mental health issues. Although it's aimed at professionals, parents and carers may also find the information helpful.
XenZone is a provider of online mental health services for children, young people and adults. Kooth, from XenZone, is an online counselling and emotional wellbeing platform for children and young people, accessible through mobile, tablet, and desktop and free at the point of use.
